It comes with much excitement that I can announce to you that the State Board of Education approved the 2021 Physical Education standards. They can be found online at the following address https://ed.sc.gov/instruction/standards-learning/physical-education/. Please note that the 2014 and 2021 Standards can be found on the site as the 2021-2022 school year will be a bridge year. Therefore, the 2022-2023 school year will be the first year of full implantation of the new 2021 Standards and will allow time for training on the new standards. There will be several opportunities in the upcoming school year to learn more about the new standards. Please be looking for more information on these opportunities in the coming school year.
