The SCAHPERD Honors and Awards Committee would like you to think about those individuals or organizations who have promoted or advanced the mission of SCAHPERD and nominate them for a SCAHPERD Award.  Who has been a mentor or ally to you personally?  Is there a community or statewide organization that has made an impact on the citizens of South Carolina? Are there creative endeavors that should be showcased and publicized for their efforts to promote health and physical activity? 

Please consider nominating a deserving person or organization for one of the following SCAHPERD awards:

1. The SCAHPERD ADVOCACY AWARD recognizes a person who has significantly promoted and/or advanced the mission of SCAHPERD in South Carolina; 
2. The SCAHPERD DISTINGUISHED ORGANIZATION AWARD recognizes organizations that have promoted and/or advanced the mission of SCAHPERD in South Carolina;and
   
3. The SCAHPERD HONOR AWARD is the highest award given by SCAHPERD. Recipients represent the role models for students, clients and professionals of SCAHPERD.
